A graduate from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, Kerry Weisner found her way to First Congregational Church in Winter Park over 20 years ago.

As a single member of this church, soon married her husband and baptized her children she found her calling working with the children of FCCWP 13 years ago.  Teaching Sunday school and running different children’s functions throughout the year Kerry joined the staff as Sunday School Superintendent and works with the young children on outreach, gatherings and social events during the seasons of the church.  She also teaches preschool at the First Congregational Church Preschool.

Kerry also directs FCCWP Vacation Bible School.  After many years of commercial VBS curriculum’s she decided it was time to write her own VBS for the church.  Putting together very talented members of the church and clergy it has become such an original and most anticipated children’s event of the year.

In working with the Christian Education Board, Kerry is instrumental in the development and organizing programming for our Wednesday Night Live adult education evening.
