He will present a 90-minute overview discussion of the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation, a 12th century text by the Kadampa Geshe Langri Tangpa, still taught and practiced today. This is a filmed lecture conducted by Tibetan Buddhist scholar Robert Thurman and Indian Vedanta philosopher Deepak Chopra at Tibet House in New York City in 1999. The two talk about the similarities and differences between two of India’s most important philosophical beliefs: Vedanta and Buddhism.
